Depending on your preferences, you can select between two options on how to install (or see) your Cookie Policy:
- In-house: You provide your own Cookie Policy URL.
- Cloud hosted: We create and host for you a Cookie Policy page with all the required contents.
Keep it in-house
With your own cookie policy page, you will maintain the contents that you desired on your own page, which can be useful if you already have consulted a legal team or you just happen to have it in your hands.
Choose this option if you already have your own Cookie Policy page and you just want to keep it that way. Don't worry, you will still be able to install on your page our Cookie Declaration
Cloud Hosted
When you choose the cloud-hosted option, you rely on Visible Privacy services to host your entire cookie policy on our servers. That means that you will obtain a non-modifiable URL with the format policy.visibleprivacy.com/[CLIENT_ID]. You can check our own Cookie Policy page here.
To be able to see your Cookie Declaration in your page, you'll need to launch a Deep Scan. By doing that, we can make sure that our advanced proprietary scan can check your website's cookies. You can read more here.
